North Shares Recent Promotion of Karl Schoening to Industrial Operations Manager

North is proud to share the promotion of Karl Schoening to Industrial Operations Manager.

Karl began his career with North twelve years ago as 1st year apprentice where he would assist in small plumbing projects. From there he gravitated to one of North’s more seasoned technicians, Skip Gaither, who opened his eyes to a world of all things mechanical in the realm of HVAC. North quickly realized that Karl had the aptitude for complex technical solutions which allowed us to open the door to let Karl lead the Industrial Department to new levels of services offered.

In Karl’s Operations Manager position, he manages workflow and general operations, project approvals, provides quotes, and more. Some of Karl’s proudest accomplishments include his UA Star Certification, chiller rebuilds, being Team Leader in the field, and this promotion to Operations Manager.

While not at work, Karl enjoys spending time with his wife Brooke and children, working around the house, shooting, hunting, and fishing. A unique fact about Karl is that he enjoys a good steak!
