North Services Announces Promotion of Matt Rodman to Preventative Maintenance Operations Manager

This past February, Matt began his new role of Preventive Maintenance Operations Manager for North Mechanical Service. Matt brings with him a wealth of experience from his 16+ years in the HVAC industry, particularly his work at Williams Comfort Air. There he held various roles including HVAC Install Specialist, Preventative Maintenance Technician, Demand Service Technician, and Maintenance and Install Manager.

In addition to his professional achievements, Matt has furthered his education with York Quality Training and Nexstar Training Courses. He also holds journeyman cards in both Indiana and Kentucky.

When he's not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and their three children. He is a devoted supporter of his kids, attending their wrestling matches and soccer games. He also enjoys spending time outdoors deer hunting and exploring nature. Matt's family also includes their three pets: a dog named Aspen, a cat named Mama Kitty, and a ferret named Pringle.
