North Announces Promotion of Will Hurst to Operations Manager
Will joined North Mechanical in 2016 as a first-year apprentice and worked as a service technician before this promotion to Operations Manager. In his time at North, he has enjoyed experiencing the growth at North and being a part of it by taking on all tasks that were asked of him. In his new position as Operations Manager, he spends time managing the workflow of the team, finding new training and opportunities for the technicians, customer relations, and quoting new work.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and two children - and has a third child on the way later this year! They love spending time outdoors playing in the creek, at the park, and riding bicycles and 4-wheelers.
A unique fact about Will is that he had a 1970s GM van that was converted into a camper and he traveled for multiple weeks at a time by himself. He visited state parks and other bucket list destinations, and made a million memories and stories in a van that looked as if it wouldn’t make it down the street!
