North Announces Promotion of Nic Conrad to Project Manager, Special Projects

Nic has been in the trade for 24 years now and completed the Local 440 apprenticeship training program. He first joined North 10 years ago and has supported North in a variety of Special Projects positions, including building trade journeyman plumber, foreman, and field superintendent.

In his new position as Project Manager, Nic has a variety of day-to-day tasks. He handles everything from planning and organizing projects to managing manpower, from assisting with the bidding process and getting submittals to ordering equipment and material- and more! Nic manages project safety while keeping projects on schedule and on budget. Nic brings an incredible skillset to the Special Projects team at North.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys camping, kayaking, riding motorcycles, hosting backyard barbeques, and spending time with his lady. A unique fact about Nic is that his best time running the mile was 4:58!
