North Announces Promotion of Jacob Waters to BAS Operations Manager

At the end of December 2024, Jacob stepped into his new role of BAS Operations Manager. Jacob has been an integral part of the North team for 12 years, bringing 18 years of experience in the service industry. As the first Controls Technician at North, he played a key role in developing the BAS service department. Throughout his time with the company, he has contributed in many capacities, including field service, programming, engineering, developing controls drawings, quoting and selling work, and responding to service calls. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in the growth of the department.
Jacob’s hands-on experience, combined with his Niagara AX/N4 and N4 Advanced Certifications, has made him a trusted leader and partner for both clients and colleagues.
In his new role, Jacob is committed to:
Providing an exceptional level of customer service to clients.
Developing our technicians both professionally and personally.
Expanding the BAS service department and enhancing our offerings.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing computer games with his kids, riding his motorcycle, watching UFC, and attending rock and metal concerts with his wife.
