North is an authorized Tridium Niagara professional specializing in Honeywell WEBs-Ax . We provide “open” integrated web-based building automation solutions featuring BACnet  and LON  communications including HVAC systems control, lighting control, gas, water and steam monitoring, electrical KW  monitoring, level controls, card reader systems, intrusion control and camera integrations. 

What does “open” mean? It means a control system that does not require special proprietary software to engineer and service. If it’s Tridium Niagara, North can help you. Does your building or complex have several different automation systems installed? We can bring all those systems together and integrate your operations without busting your budget.
 
Our technicians are experienced and trained in pneumatic systems as well as air compressor maintenance. And we offer wireless control options to integrate those pneumatic controls into your new or existing building automation system.

PLUMBING AND PROCESS PIPING SERVICES

The North team includes experts with all types of plumbing and piping systems, from sanitary waste and vent, to process piping, high purity stainless steel, medical gas, steam, hot and chilled water. We also provide water heater replacements and water softening systems.
